NPOV warning
This article reads like a Caltrans brochure. Caltrans has been extensively criticized, and this article makes it sound like an unequivocal success. The only phrase which even comes close to criticism is "stubbornly idiosyncratic", and this comes paired with praise for being "innovative". -Juansmith 20:18, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
It didn't strike me that way. The second sentence after the one quoted from above has some criticism, and subsequent sentences point out not only "firsts", but "lasts"... not typical of a brochure. Perhaps the author of the preceding comment has a specific criticism in mind. Jim 04:50, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
Maybe the only problem is 'stubbornly'. The paragraph goes on to give examples of both innovativeness and idiosyncraticness. What is subjective is whether that idiosyncraticness is in fact 'stubborn'75.8.224.113 09:29, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Unless somebody formulates some concrete contradictions to what's in the article page right now, I don't think the POV tag is justified. --Frescard 04:14, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
