There might be notability somewhere in some non-English language, but I can't find anything I can read that would qualify; and, as noted above, no assertion (or presence) of notability. Incidentally, Richmond is a suburb of my home town and I've never heard of this organization -- not that that means anything, but it contributed to my thought process.
